What am I even watching?

The most brilliant pokemon content I've ever seen.

It is my belief that people decide what they want to be reality, then justify it later. I'm not saying it's good or right, I just think that's the way it is. If someone who makes their entertainment by tearing into other people because someone told them it was stupid, I think that probably four out of five times those people are unreachable. Maybe the people I know are just stubborn. I agree with your non-confrontational stance on things, but I don't think those people can be made to understand. Spirit science is something that has to be analyzed using the laws and principles it builds on, otherwise it doesn't make much sense. I'd say the same thing about physics and chemistry, but those have been in practice long enough that one would consider it common sense at this point. Seriously though, liquids that turn into fire and the idea of a singularity would both seem ludicrous if you explained them to someone with no formal education. They'd think you were talking about magic. It's the same thing with people that have no philosophical or spiritual background that are watching spirit science. Those people don't really need to understand, it would be arrogant to believe as much, however I do think that people should have enough respect for the miracle of the human mind to respect each others beliefs. After all, unless you're a scientist, all the "facts" are really just something you read in a book anyway.

tl;dr Haters gonna hate. If you aren't gonna fight, it would probably be better for your mood to ignore them entirely. That's just my life experience.

Brilliant

I was having a fun until i got stuck inside a green block. The game itself isn't anything innovative but it was fun for a minute.

furmensakume responds:

I'm aware of that particular bug and trying to track exactly where the issue is that's causing that. Stage 2 is where I tend to replicate it the easiest though I've had it happen on Stage 1 as well. Thanks for the report regarding getting stuck in the blocks.

It kinda has a feel like it could be a song in a Mega Man game. That being said, it's kind of got a weird, jerky, robotic feel to it that keeps it from flowing quite right. It is good, though. I like this little interlude that's happening in the middle... The piece is good, but I don't think I'd dance to it. I don't dance much though, so don't feel bad.

Definitely had a boss feel to it. There isn't anything about that song that makes me feel like it couldn't be used in a video game, and it's actually better than what's in a lot of games. The energy is right, and it sticks to all the typicalities without seeming forced. Keep up the good work, brother.

I like this, the imagery is definitely in the music. I think it's the harp sounding instrument I hear that really drives the underwater home, and the bassline being slow sort of gives the feel of the unsure steps of exploration.

stunkel responds:

Thanks for leaving feedback! Yeah the harp was definitely a big factor in writing this song. That plus the solo violin along with the piano was all very beneficial to the whole underwater feel. The defending baseline too! That was a big factor as well, the slow movements were very influential to that mystic exploration. Thanks for reviewing!

It kinda looks like theres a light green fish stuck to his wing. I like the background.

Interesting concept. It's a surreal idea done in a plain way. Could be zazzier.
